Experienced Tech Executive with 20+ years of experience including roles as CEO, Founder/entrepreneur, Board Member, Strategic Advisor and Investor. Mr. Rankin’s experience spans multiple industries including Software, FinTech, MedTech and Professional Services.

Mr. Rankin is the Founder of Mission Capital Management and partnering with Strategics, Private Equity and Family Offices to unlock value from early and mid-stage companies within the Healthcare, Beauty and Wellness Industries.

Previously, Mr. Rankin was a Senior Executive at Revance (RVNC), serving as President of Innovation (Software) and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors following the acquisition of HintMD.

Mr. Rankin was the Co-founder & CEO of HintMD, a FinTech Subscription Platform developed to bring payment innovation to the Healthcare industry – which was acquired by Revance in 2020.

Prior to founding HintMD, Mr. Rankin served as Vice President of Asia-Pacific at ZELTIQ (ZLTQ). During his tenure, he led accelerated commercial growth in the Asia-Pacific region and was part of a larger management team responsible for one of the most successful business turn-around efforts within the medical aesthetics industry. Mr. Rankin joined ZELTIQ from Solta Medical where he had P&L responsibility within the North America, EMEA and APAC regions during his time at the company.
