    We present the in vitro and early results of injectable autologous exosomes/secretomes with a new, FDA-approved device. Using a 3-step process of activation, filtering, and concentration of PRP, an autologous regenerative product of exosomes and secretomes that has over 400 billion exosomes is produced. This unique device is able to concentrate PRP into an exosome-rich fluid which can be used for numerous regenerative applications. Early results for anti-aging, melasma, wound healing, and fat-graft survival are extremely promising. Use in sports medicine/orthopedics, reconstructive surgery, and management of skin and hair aging are being evaluated.
