Michaela Griggs

Michaela Griggs has spent her career leading some of the world’s most well-known brands in the US and global markets across healthcare, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and health & wellness industries. Over the last two decades, she has held multiple senior leadership roles at Fortune 500, privately held, and equity-backed companies. Her experience includes strategy development, marketing, new business development, and M&A. She is currently the Chief Aesthetics Officer for Forefront Dermatology, the largest physician-led group providing dermatological and Plastic Surgery services across the US. Prior to her current role, she served as CEO of Southern California Reproductive Center, a premier IVF clinic, ART lab, and surgery center. Previously, she held senior executive leadership roles at Allergan, Tria Beauty, 3M, and Bayer HealthCare. Michaela received her Diploma of British Orthoptics (DBO) from Sheffield & Leads University and her MBA from the University of Wales. She is an avid trail runner and snowboarder.
