Shaun Westfall

Shaun Westfall is a Managing Director in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at Jefferies where he leads the Firm’s global efforts in the Beauty and Personal Care sector. 

Shaun brings over 18 years of investment banking experience and, along with his team, has built one of the most notable sector practices on Wall Street including numerous cross-border M&A projects, public offerings and leveraged buyouts.  

With attributable transaction value over $20 billion, key clients include: Chantecaille, OUAI Haircare, Pacifica, Orveon, Olaplex, Charlotte Tilbury, Revlon, Shiseido, Morphe, Elemis, KDC / One, Paris Presents, MAV Beauty, PDC Brands, Too Faced Cosmetics, BECCA Cosmetics, IT Cosmetics, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Paula’s Choice, The HydraFacial Company, NYX Cosmetics, Coty and Urban Decay 

Prior to joining Jefferies, Shaun was a Managing Director at Piper Jaffray. 

Shaun received his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington and graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Structural Engineering.
