With over fourteen years’ experience, Vlad is an accomplished executive, specialized in the aesthetic energy device field. With an AB Biology degree from Brown University and having attended Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, he has strong expertise including general management with full P&L responsibility and business development, as well as clinical training and development, product management and marketing, and sales and international management.
In May 2017, he was appointed to the position of President & General Manager of ThermiGen, LLC, an Almirall company, replacing both Paul Herchan (CEO) and Kevin O’Brien (President) who successfully founded, developed and established Thermi as one of the fastest growing companies in the dynamic field of Energy Devices for Aesthetics applications.
Vlad leads the global Thermi Leadership Team, developing and driving the Thermi global strategic plan, aligned with the overall Almirall corporate strategy and objectives. He was responsible for all general management responsibilities for the Thermi business globally, in charge of driving the company’s achievement of short and long term revenues and profitability goals through global operations, marketing, sales and coordination of business development activities.
