Daliana Mauch

Daliana is a Director in the Business Development & Acquisitions group within AbbVie’s Corporate Strategy Office (CSO). The CSO drives major strategic initiatives for AbbVie, assessing acquisition, partnership, and venture capital investment opportunities, as well as addressing strategic questions. While she focuses on external innovation opportunities within the Aesthetics space, Daliana’s transaction experience spans various therapeutic areas, including neuroscience and virology. Prior to joining CSO in 2017, Daliana served as Brand Manager of Operations for AbbVie’s Neuroscience franchise, managing global supply and the implementation of various brand strategies.

Daliana began her career at Abbott (now AbbVie) in 2009 after receiving a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. Since joining, Daliana has contributed to AbbVie’s success across a variety of roles and functions, including within the corporate strategy office, supply chain and manufacturing. In 2016, Daliana completed her MBA at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
