Biography
Dan Nicholson is a coverage officer in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Jefferies based in New York. Mr. Nicholson joined Jefferies in 2011 and is focused exclusively on the medical technology sector. Before joining Jefferies, he was employed by C.R. Bard, Inc. and KPMG LLP.
Over his year career in investment banking, Mr. Nicholson has been active in the aesthetics space, including most recently as lead financial advisor to HydraFacial on its merger with Vesper Healthcare (now Beauty Health), and lead-left bookrunner on Establishment Labs’ IPO and subsequent follow-on offering.
