Jeffrey Hoffman

Jeff Hoffman is a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, LLC. He has more than 26 years’ experience in the full range of investment banking activities including financial advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and private equity and venture capital investments. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Hoffman was Head of West Coast Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, with execution focus on life sciences and medical technology clients. Mr. Hoffman received a BS in Psychology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
