Biography
Dr. Leah Millheiser has devoted her career to researching and treating all aspects of female sexual health and menopause. In her role as the Director of the Female Sexual Medicine Program within the Division of Gynecology at Stanford University Medical Center, Dr. Millheiser takes care of women across the lifespan. She has served as the principal investigator for many clinical trials in the area of women’s sexual health and has authored numerous publications on female sexual dysfunction and menopause for peer-reviewed journals and textbooks. For the past 12 years, she has worked with medical device and pharmaceutical companies in varying capacities, from Consultant to Scientific Advisory Board Member. She has served as the Chief Scientific Officer for Nuelle, Inc. and as the Chief Medical Officer for Sprout Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She is a frequent lecturer, both nationally and internationally, and serves as a women’s health expert for various television, online, and print media outlets.
